Responsibilities :  
  Sales: Responsible for assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly and annually)
  Marketing:
   
  • Maintaining relationship with Schools/ colleges by regular visits.
  • Organizing events/presentation/seminars for various products
  • Database collection via school/college activities
  • Feedback on existing products
  counselling & Conversion:
   
  • Handling counselling for walk-ins, in absence of student advisor
  • Follow up for counselling at centers
  • Regularly updating oneself about features, advantages and benefits of all products
Experience : 2+ Years
Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/MBA
Key Skills :  
  Good Product knowledge
  Sales forecasting and effective sales management skills
  Extremely good communication/articulation skills and presentable personality
  Should be conversant with Computers (MS-Office: Word, Excel, PPT)
  Should be methodical in approach and have the ability to sense, create and penetrate in new markets

Responsibilities :  
  Provide information on Lotus Education courses.
  counselling of all walk-ins and effective follow up with prospects.
  Convince students to enroll for Lotus Education courses.
  Responsible for operations processes and formalities at the center.
  Mentors students through resolving queries and other problems.
  Responsible for upkeep of Data and center aesthetics.
  Advise students on career choices.
Experience : 2+ Years
Qualification : Graduate or Higher Degree

  Good communication skills
  Excellent convincing power
  Knowledge for sales techniques
  Persuasiveness, good listening skills and desire for achievement.
